Q: Does RobertHandlerArt.com ship all over the world?
A: Yes. We ship all over the world. If you can receive a package via UPS or FedEx, then we can ship to you!

Q: Are there additional shipping charges for orders outside the U.S.? If so, does the final price reflect the shipping charge?
A: Yes, there is an additional fee for orders outside the U.S. The final price does not reflect international shipping charges. For orders outside the U.S., you will be notified via email what the additional fee is for shipping. You can then choose if you want the print(s) delivered. If you do wish to purchase the print(s), your credit card will then be charged for the additional shipping.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Your order will typically ship 3-4 days after you order your art print online.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number included in the e-mail. We send the e-mail to the e-mail address that you provided when you placed your order.

Q: Do you use archival inks and acid-free papers?
A: Yes. All of our inks are archival, and all of our papers are acid free.

Q: What’s the difference between an acrylic print and a canvas print?
A: With a canvas print, the image is printed onto a sheet of canvas, and then the canvas is stretched onto wooden stretcher bars that are 1.5″ thick. With an acrylic print, the image is printed onto a back of a 3/8″ thick sheet of acrylic (i.e. plastic).

A: It is preferred you order art online, however, if you prefer to order over the phone, please call artist managment at (858) 442.6861. Please have credit card information handy.
